Personal Information Locker supports a variety of mobile devices. The only requirement is that your device have access to the Internet and a HTML web-browser. We support the following types of mobile devices:
Since the capabilities of the micro-browsers within today's smartphones are still evolving and not as robust as what is available on desktop and laptop computers, the Personal Information Locker service can provide full or partial support for your smartphone depending upon its browser capabilities.
View-only Support
If your mobile browser can not support the Document Object Module (DOM) Level 2 standard, but it is an HTML capable browser, you will be able to view your Locker application documents.
We have tested the following mobile smartphones and classified them as having View-only support:
If your mobile browser is mostly compliant with the Document Object Model Level 2 standard, then we can provide view and modify capabilities from this mobile device. You will be able to add and modify existing document entries.
To our knowledge, the only mobile browser that would be able to qualify for Full support is the mobile browser offered by Opera. However, we have not tested the Personal Information Locker service with the Opera browser yet.
