How long is my subscription commitment?
Your subscription is month-to-month. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your credit card is charged at the beginning of your monthly cycle and your subscription lasts for the remainder of that month. The monthly subscription cycle begins on the day of the month that you start your subscription and not the first day of the month.
How many people can use this subscription?
The subscription is for a single user account. If you grant access to your account to other individuals then they will have access to all of your personal information.
What types of payment do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. All payments are done online via PayPal. We do not accept mailed in payments, invoices, or payments made through email or over the phone.
What currency is the subscription in?
All charges are in US Dollars.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your account will remain active until the end of your subscription month. Once you cancel your subscription, your credit card will no longer be charged.
Can I get a partial refund if I cancel before the end of the month?
There are no partial refunds if you cancel your subscription before the end of your subscription month.
What happens when I cancel my subscription?
Once you cancel your subscription, your account will remain active until the end of the current monthly billing cycle. You can still use the Personal Information Locker services through the end of the billing cycle. After the end of your last billing cycle, access to your account will be disallowed. Personal Information Locker will retain an archive of your account information for 30 days afterwards. To cancel your account, go your your my account page, select the subscription tab, and then select the Cancel Subscription button.

Requirements:
To use the Personal Information Locker service all you need are the following simple things that you probably have already.
- Access to the Internet via an Internet service provider (ISP)
- A valid email account address
- A web browser
- A smart phone (optional)
Billing:
- The first month of your subscription is absolutely free. You can cancel your subscription anytime before the end of this first month and your account will not be billed.
- Payments are made by charging your credit card on a monthly basis, starting with the second month.
- Your subscription is billed monthly in advance at the beginning of your monthly subscription period.
- Your subscription lasts for one month and it is automatically renewed for the next month unless you cancel your subscription prior to the end of your monthly subscription cycle.
- We accept most major credit cards.
- Your account is activated immediately upon completion of the registration process.
- Personal Information Locker is PayPal Verified.
