Data encryption
We use 128 bit SSL encryption between client web-browsers and the production servers. Once the user authenticates into the service all communications occurs over HTTPS connections. The user is never given an option to use any other non-secure protocol.
Network Security
All of our networks enforce 128 bit SSL transmissions. The production servers all exist behind leading edge firewall systems backed by intrusion detection systems and intrusion prevention services.
Backup & Recovery
All production servers exist on redundant hardware configurations with fault tolerant disk arrays. Your information along with access to it exists in a high availability environment so that you can always get to your information. In the event of a complete system failure, all customer information is backed up daily to auxiliary systems.
Privacy
In accordance with the Data Protection Act of 1998 we promise to keep your information safe and secure. We use strict policies and procedures within our support staff to ensure that your confidential information remains secure. Our staff is never permitted to access your information without your prior authorization.
Physical Security
All production servers are hosted within a data center facility that has multiple levels of locked access points from the outside to the machines.
Authentication
All access into the service is only permissible by users who authenticate first with a preexisting user name and password. All user name/password based authentication occurs over SSL encrypted transmissions to the authentication server.
