The Personal Information Locker Internet service is supported by a dedicated team of experienced IT and engineering professionals with decades of experience. We are here to serve you better. Please look through the following information about the types of support that we offer.
Support Inquires

Inquires are processed Monday to Friday from 9am and 5pm PST. The types of inquiries that you can submit to us are described below. The quick links to these inquires are listed here:

Basic Inquires

From time to time, you will need to have a question answered for which you can not find the answer in the online Help or PILocker community forums. You should always check with the online Help system or forums first since you may get your answer sooner. In the event that you can not find the answer, please send us your inquiry by clicking here.

Backups

Backups of all customer information is performed on a daily basis.

Bugs

If you experience a defect in one of the applications or the service, please report the defect by clicking here.

Enhancement Requests

Our mission at PILocker is to better serve you. If you have an idea for an improvement to an existing application or you would like to see us develop a new application, please let you know. We will review your request to see if it is appropriate to be offered to the PILocker community.

Customer Notifications

On occasion we may need to inform you of changes to the service, such as an upgrade to the servers. We will always schedule these operations at the time of day to least impact the normal service to our customers. In this case, we will email a notification to your registered email address at least 2-3 days prior to the administration operation.

Documentation

There are multiple places where you can view documentation and information on how to use the PILocker service or get answers to questions that you may have. These sources are:Browsers

The PILocker service should work fine with any web-browser that supports the HTML 4.0 specification or greater. We have validated the service on the following browsers:
  • Internet Explorer
  • Firefox
  • Mozilla
  • Safari
If you experience any problems with a compliant web-browser, please let us know by sending us a defect report.


Upgrades

Whenever we are about to perform a significant upgrade to the PILocker system that may have the potential to impact it's service, we will notify all customers at least 5 business days in advance. All notifications will be sent to your registered email address.

All minor updates to the PILocker service, such as bug fixes, will be performed during routine nightly operations. No notifications will be sent out for these minor system updates.
